Welcome to ConchSopra Cleaning Services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our cleaning services and website. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking our services, visiting our website, or otherwise engaging with ConchSopra Cleaning Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
ConchSopra Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Residential cleaning (regular, deep cleaning, move-in/out)
- Commercial and office cleaning
- Specialized cleaning services (carpet, window, pressure washing)
- Post-construction cleanup
- Sanitization and disinfection services
Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Service Requests
Service requests can be made through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.
Scheduling
- We will provide estimated arrival times but cannot guarantee exact arrival times
- Service windows are typically 2-4 hours
- Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may affect scheduling
- We reserve the right to reschedule services with reasonable notice
Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost
- Same-day cancellations may incur the full service charge
- Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
4. Pricing and Payment
Service Rates
- Pricing is based on property size, service type, frequency, and location
- Free estimates are provided for most services
- Rates are subject to change with 30 days notice for recurring services
- Additional charges may apply for services beyond the agreed scope
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- For commercial accounts, net 30 payment terms may be available
- Late payment fees of 1.5% per month may apply to overdue accounts
- Services may be suspended for non-payment
5. Customer Responsibilities
Property Access
- Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to areas to be cleaned
- Keys, codes, or access instructions must be provided in advance
- Customers are responsible for securing pets during service
- Valuable or fragile items should be secured or removed from cleaning areas
Property Preparation
- Basic pickup and organization should be completed before our arrival
- Dishes should be cleared from sinks and counters
- Personal items should be stored appropriately
- Any special instructions or areas of concern should be communicated in advance
6. Our Responsibilities and Standards
Service Quality
- We maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
- Our staff are trained, bonded, and insured
- We use professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly products when possible
- Quality assurance inspections are conducted regularly

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.
7. Insurance and Liability
Our Insurance Coverage
- We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance
- Our employees are covered by workers' compensation insurance
- We are bonded against theft and property damage
- Insurance certificates are available upon request
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any damages is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to property or items
- Damage to items not properly secured by the customer
- Loss of items with sentimental value
- Damage resulting from customer negligence or failure to follow instructions
- Consequential or indirect damages
Damage Claims
Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims promptly and fairly.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality

9. Health and Safety
COVID-19 and Health Protocols
- We follow all applicable health guidelines and regulations
- Staff may wear personal protective equipment as required
- Customers should inform us of any health concerns or recent illness in the household
- We reserve the right to postpone services if health risks are present
Chemical Safety
- We use professional-grade, EPA-approved cleaning products
- Material Safety Data Sheets are available upon request
- Customers with allergies or sensitivities should inform us in advance
- We can accommodate requests for specific product preferences when possible
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ConchSopra Cleaning Services and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
11. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate ongoing cleaning services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for:
- Non-payment of fees
- Violation of these Terms
- Unsafe working conditions
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward our staff
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government regulations, labor disputes, or other acts of God.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
14. Dispute Resolution
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. If direct resolution is not possible, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration as provided under Quebec law.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. For recurring services, we will provide 30 days notice of material changes.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and ConchSopra Cleaning Services regarding the use of our services.
